Graul sau arpacasul se fierbe in cantitate tripla de apa cu un varf de sare, pana boabele "infloresc" si se adauga zaharul vanilat. Se lasa peste noapte in craticioara.<br />2. Dimineata se adauga coaja de lamaie, romul, stafidele lasate peste noapte la inmuiat in apa cu putin rom, nuca pisata.<br />3. De-abia asteptam sa ajung in camin si sa fac biscuiteii.<br />Reteta de baza este de la Teo ( multumesc Teo! :) ). Este o reteta pe baza de fulgi de ovaz si numai ingrediente naturale...care ar trebui sa faca parte din meniul nostru saptamanal.<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Terci de ovaz<br /><br /></span></span></div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Ingrediente :<br /></span><ul><li>150 ml apa fiarta</li><li>6 linguri de fulgi de ovaz (sau mai mult, depinde cata apa puneti)</li><li>stafide</li><li>nuci pisate</li><li>coaja de portocala</li><li>scortisoara</li><li>2 lingurite de miere( sau mai mult, dupa preferinte)<br /></li><li>daca vreti voi...putina esenta de rom, sau alte esente.</li><li>cocos - optional<br /></li></ul>1. Peste apa fiarta se pun stafidele, se lasa cateva clipe...iar apoi se adauga fulgi de ovaz.<br />2. Se amesteca mierea cu fulgii de ovaz si stafidele.<br />3. Se adauga nucile, coaja de portocala si eventual esenta de rom.<br />4. Se presara pe deasupra scortisoara.<br />5. Se serveste cu multa multa pofta. Se toarna putin sirop si sub el, in tava pe care este asezat, caci il va absorbi.<br />Apoi se glazureaza cu prima glazura care este moale si subtire.<br /><br />Iar apoi cu cea de-a doua glazura care ii redefineste aroma puternica de rom si portocale.<br /><br />Se decoreaza cu ciocolata alba si neagra.<br /><br />Se lasa la rece...si se serveste cu incredere! Am castigat si eu, alaturi de Cristina si Diana la concursul organizat de Isabela.
